We are happy to announce that we are officially SOLD OUT for our 1st Annual STAS Holiday Gala. We are overjoyed by the support and generosity of our St. Thomas Aquinas community. About the Event
The 1st Annual St. Thomas Aquinas School Holiday Gala, A Celebration of Excellence In Catholic Education will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023 in the Vista Grande Ballroom of the elegant Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel. This year, the inaugural event will commemorate the unique history and honor the founders of Rio Rancho's only Catholic elementary and middle school, St.Thomas Aquinas Catholic School. Attendees will enjoy a cash bar cocktail reception prior to a seated 3-course dinner with hosted bottled wine service. The event will also feature a silent auction, raffles, and dance following the evening's official program. A limited number of hotel rooms will be offered at a special rate for event attendees seeking overnight accommodations. All proceeds generated from the event will go toward the on-going initiatives of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School. Initiatives include but are not limited to scholarships, student activities, grounds improvements, and curriculum and faculty needs.

Be prepared to shop. On Gala night, we will accept cash, check, or credit card. All credit card transactions incur a 3.5% transaction fee.
Lastly, gala attendees will receive exclusive access to bid on 9 unique international and domestic vacation experiences with our sponsor, AmFund. These travel packages are designed for two and can be enjoyed in the next three years with no blackout dates. Attached, you will find a wonderful introduction to each vacation experience and links to videos of the trips.
