- Serving our country's military
- Caring for our state's less fortunate
- FIlling food pantries in our neighborhood
- Setting a good example for students in younger grades
National Junior Honor Society
The national society was founded in 1929 and membership is one of the highest honors that can he bestowed upon a middle school student. The NJHS has worked hard to bring the accomplishments of outstanding students to the attention of parents, teachers, peers, and community. In more than 5,000 middle schools across the country, chapters make every effort to give practical meaning to the Society’s goals of scholarship, leadership, service, citizenship, and character.
